Being in business for myself for over eleven years now in a business which commenced with extremely humble beginnings and now I’m proud to say has enjoyed strong growth and success over this period to now employing some fifty staff, I get to meet an extremely vast array of people that approach me in the pursuit of using their services. Sadly, very few are what they profess to be or do what they pledge they are going to do. In fact, when any client wants to discuss looking into entering a business of any description, one of the things I am very explicit about is that if all you do is what you say you are going to do you will exceed the client’s expectations.
I am happy to say that recently I enjoyed such an experience, whereby not only were my expectations met, but well and truly exceeded. Some time ago Michael Dexter contacted me in regards to test driving a new AMG E63.This contact was initiated by a friend of mine who also works for the Central Coast Motor Group and who I know prides herself on excellent service, Nicole Micos. In fact Nicole has exceeded many of my own clients expectations in the purchasing of their new cars. At the first invite to drive the vehicle I must admit that I fobbed Michael off with the ‘too busy’ excuse. The truth being I really didn’t trust myself and knew that once I drove this thing I would have to have one!
To Michael’s credit, he illustrated true persistence and professionalism in again following me up on the exact day that he said he would, some months later to entice me to take this vehicle for a drive; I agreed and the rest is now history as it is in my driveway.
It is also my experience that more often than not, upon the collection of a signature the experience then starts to diminish or disappear altogether. Refreshingly this has not been the case. From the moment I agreed to terms, to the time of collection, to several follow up phone calls to enquire about my vehicle satisfaction, Michael’s level of service has been unwavering. As such, I would never hesitate in recommending either himself or for that matter the Group to any perspective vehicle purchaser.
In closing, the one and only downside is that Michael is a Pom! And after a summer of our cricket team being mercilessly savaged by his Countrymen it was difficult to bring myself to putting a good word to paper about him, but such was the level of the service experience, I felt compelled too.

Many thanks to you Rodney for all the effort you have put in on our behalf to make the purchase of our new car such a pleasure. I am loving every minute of driving time now and I have become accustomed to the different feel from our last car.

Many thanks for all your continued and hard earned help with buying the Mercedes ML CDI 350.
I have not driven it much but so far so good! I seemed to have found my way and programmed most things ok. Frank is yet to drive it but he says he is very comfortable when been driven.
Once again thank you for all your help and support you gave me when purchasing all three Mercedes.
Many Regards, Deb and Frank
I have just had a new car delivered to me today from Rod Brown. I have been dealing with Rod in recent weeks and also with Michael Gormly on the related finance matters.
I would like to pass on to you my thanks and appreciation to Rod for his excellent standard of service and general communication throughout the period. He has been first class. Michael also has been excellent in his service and response in helping to finalise matters.
It is all too common that you only hear when people want to complain and not when they have something favourable to say. Hence this email.
Thank you again, Tony Beavan
